All quotes are given to the customer after one of our representatives has seen and evaluated the amount of work and resources needed to maintain a customers property (each property is visited once a week and customers are charged once a month for our services)

Our starting rate for residential home's is 150 dollars depending of size and amount of work needed to maintain the property price may increase all official quote's are given after a team member is on sight to evaluate the property that will be worked on

For us to visit a property once without signing a monthly contract are minimum charge is 400 dollars depending on the size of the property and labor required price may increase

50% off on the month of your birth date
We're grateful to have such amazing customers and show how grateful we are we'd like to give y'all a birthday gift on whichever month your birth date land's that month will have a 50% discount applied to your usually monthly amount

Disability discount
10% discount
We also offer a 10% discount if you or anyone within your household has a disability that inables them to perform every day task without the need of assistance
